Landscape Products
These materials are available at our new landscape materials yard, some materials we produce and can sell in large quantities at our contractor pit.
1 Yard Minimum on all loads

Topsoil and Compost
Topsoil (Screened)
Screened soil, our basic soil with no amendments. This is great for planting grass, raising areas in your landscape or a starting base for your own blend of garden soil.
Raised Garden Mix
This soil is blended with manure, peat moss and other organics to give it a light weight so that it is suitable for raised garden boxes. Is suitable for any garden or flower bed.
Organic Compost
This is ORMI premium compost used to give your garden areas that added organic material needed for nutrients. It can be blended in or used as a top dressing.
Utelite Rootzone Mix
This is a soil mix with sandy soil, organic materials and Utelite soil conditioner. This is great for new tree planting, garden areas or to top dress lawn areas to get level.
Premium Topsoil
This soil is screened and brought in from areas that are higher in nutrients and organics. Typically from higher elevations. This soil is not blended with any amendments.
Soil Prep
This is high in organics and manure. Used to blend with existing soil or add to any area that needs help with organic materials.
Topsoil PLUS
This is sandy loam topsoil blended with manure, peat, organics and millers fiber grow. This is great for new gardens, flower gardens or to level lawn areas where you may have some low spots.
Wasatch Blend
This is soil is our basic screened topsoil blended with soil prep/bark fines to give the soil more organics. is suitable for new lawn, flower beds and other garden areas.
Utelite Soil Conditioner
This is Utelite shell material screened down to a fine application. It is very helpful to break up clay materials and to allow moisture in to soils. Can be placed on top as a fertilizer or mixed in.
Chat and Sand & Base
Play Sand
This is a sand that is finely screened. Is like a beach sand composition. Can be used in play areas, or even as a top layer to level lawn areas.
Road Base
This is a commercial road base that can vary in color and size. Used for a base material under concrete or pavers.
Desert Sun Chat
This is a 3/8" minus sand material. Light in color and is used for walkways, zero scaping or can be used as a base for pavers or concrete.
Pea Gravel
3/8" chip pea gravel used as bedding or for drainage.

Ash Grey Chat
This is a 3/8" minus sand that is grey with some white highlights. It is used in walkways or for zero scaping. Also suitable for a base material.
Fill Sand
This is 3/8" minus crusher fines. It is great for back fill, base or bedding pipe. Not suitable for pathways or other areas that are meant for landscape.
Gravel and Rock & Boulders
White Rock 1.5"
This is a marble white rock sized to 1.5 inches. Is great for zero scaping or to add a little contrast to your garden areas.
South Town 1.25"
This is a more colorful rock, has a lot of tans but highlighted with some reds and browns. Great for zero scaping or garden areas. Sized to 1.25 inches.
Boulders 2'
We have 2 types of boulders that are blonde and some that are blonde with red accent. They are approx 2' in size and most of these can be moved with or with out equipment.
Ash Grey Rock 1.5"
This is a grey rock with a little white accent, sized to 1.5 inches. Great for zero scaping or for garden areas.
Desert Sun Rock
Lighter tan rock, some blonder colors blended in. Sized to 1.5 inch, used in zero scaping or garden areas.
Boulders 3'
3 types of boulders of this size, most are blonde or blonde with red accents. Also have other random colors available as well. This size is a little harder to move with out equipment.
Copper Canyon 1.5"
This is a tan rock with some light and darker colors. It is sized 1 to 1.5 inches. It is great for zero scaping or garden areas.
1" Construction Gravel
This is construction gravel sized to 1 inch in size. Used for under concrete or a base for walls or other structures. It can be used for pathways as well but color will vary.
